Need some help;
Submitted docuemnts October 2003
AOR January 2004
March 2005 received notice to Submit IELTS, proof of relatives in
Canada within 90 days.
May 2005 submitted IELTS results, birth certificate etc.
June 2005 received another notice to prove that your relatives
are CURRENTLY in Canada.
Does any one know what other documents that I need to submit.

You may submit several things, here is what I did:
What I did was submit PR Card, Passport Copies of my relatives in Canada. When they apply they mention their list of relative names. So Agents can check.
To make it simple - just mark a family tree to clearly show how you are related to the person in Canada. That should do.

hi, me too in the same boat. i got a letter from CIC asking me to submit IELTS score and also proof of relatives in canada....i got it in May and i am planning to take the IELTS this month and submit it next month....i wonder if this is the IA and also if they ask more documents....
