I got my passport req letter from buffalo a few days back.Can I send my bro to pick my visa on behalf of me.Is there anything he should show to get it.Is it possible for him t pick up.

Yes your brother can pickup your visa. He needs an letter from you authorizing him to collect your passport stamped visa from Buffalo.
Passports are stamped only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
