Is the appartment number also required? I can only remember the street name as i lived in some places for less than 3 months years ago. Thus, i didn´t keep any record of those addresses. Will that be ok? Or it has to be exact?

Yes. Complete addresses of your present and previous residences are required. Check your documents such as utility bills, rent payment slips, letters, bank statement etc. to find out any of your previous address.

Anyhow, if you do not find your previous address, first make sure that any of your immigration-related document does not contain this address, and then include an explanation letter with your application to inform CIC about this.

Give me a break!

One doesn´t have to specify each and every address; one can exclude addresses where the stay has been limitd to a few months. NOBODY can ever find out such details and it has no significance.
