Hi there,
Can anyone tell me if I am able to continue to work in Canada whilst on implied status.. (ie while waiting on a common law visa application to be granted)...
I have heard mixed reports as my sin number will have expired...
Hoping someone can help..

Hi there, I assume that if you want to continue to work, you will need a renewed work permit but call the CIC Call Centre to clarify.
