Subject: documents for child in Canadian school
Does anyone knows what we have to have from previous school ( what documents) to go to school in Canada.
We are in USA and my son just finished 5 grade. We did not have anything just report card with his grades.
What we have to ask in school to take to Canada?
Thanks, guys
TC

As I?ve been told, their system is based on age so if your children is 10 or 11, he or she probably goes to 5 grade. Documents are important as well. However they will test him or her in math and english and will talk over the matter with you whether what would be more convenient for your child. See the following web site:

Yes his birthday is the only thing that determines in what grade he will be, and don´t forget the all vaccination documents.
You know something I have a problem we recently corrected our son´s date of birth, but still the old one is on my PP, I don´t know if this wil cause insolvable problems.
