I received a passport request letter from Buffalo.
Can I use a private courier like Fedex to send Buffalo the passport which includes a prepaid U.S. Postal Service express envelope for their use to return it?
The letter explicitly mentions to use the post office going back and forth. Because the 9" x 12" return envelope won´t fit the gray envelope they provided I´m thinking of sending the PP + return-envelope via Fedex.
I appreciate sharing of your experience on this. Thanks.
