hi, do you know anything about this temporally visa w-1 if you have arrangement job. can you share with me?
my question how my family, my husband and child. Do they alco can come under this visa or they have to sta in USA and wait to recieve their visa.

No Tatyana, it is almost impossible that you enter all upon your work permit while you have an immigration file in process, however if your file is in its final stage you can push it forward if you could prove for them that you may lose a golden chance to have a job, or they may issue you a temperorary resident visa until they finalize your file, but I don´t think that your family will be able to accompany you. Go to them Tatyana , explain your situation, the whole matter deserves to give it a try ...

today hospital again ask to speed up my process by sending a letter and fax to Buffalo. Will see if there will be any effect.
By the way, I an doing my immigration process through the Canadian immigration company and I ask they what next after my "ned.ben recieved". They said that now we wait for the letter of pasport request and if it will be more than 3 month they will push Buffalo to do it ( I hope).
Another thing, I read that you think it is a very expencive to be a foreigh student. Yes, but by doing this in ISA a recieved my degree and as F-1 student I have right to work and this is giving to me money, experience and references.
The another thing, I found job in Canada just by applying on online. After a month or two, Vancuver hospital contact to me and said that they fine with my american experience and I don´t have to have a canadina education to be able to work. The only one thing, is that they will pay me probably 20% less tha canadians because I don´t have canadian license, but I still can take this test just based upon my american degree.
So, not everything so bad. Don´t give up. You will have your luck.

So relax dear tatyana, you´re almost done. But I can´t understant, how come , I mean a job in Canada without Canadian license?!

i don´t know.I was mistaken by this information as well, that you cannot get you job without canadian licence, but what I think this is depends.
If you job in high field, which health professionals, you just have to prof you education and after this depends from each company.
Some may take you some not, but never stop trying, because you never know very is you luck.
