it would be interesting to put these numbers beside the target numbers for 2004/2005. see if there is any logic.

processing times (in reply to: CIC processing times changed)

Hi there,

I am one of the people with a file in process at the office of Canadian High Commission in Pretoria since last year 27/March 2007 and I have been told that the maximum of proccessing times should be 30-36months, Just want to know if there is any changes in this periode of time or still the same time.

Best regards
Paulin.

I have applied to the permanent residence, in the skilled worker class since february the 6th, 2007. I heve friends that had been applied 4 months before me but in 2006. they have been already called and they are in the madical examination level. I?m wondering if there?s someone who can give me a clue to know if have the chance to be called soon or I have to follow the introction and wait for the 24 months which is the time for cuba.

Niza, every file is different. If you are anxious, order your CAIPS notes to see if there is anything that may be of concern to them.. but honestly, I would simply hang tight for a bit.
