Dear Issa,
My eStatus is very much and 100% similar to yr case,
interview schedules on xxxx date..we have made final decision on your case and embassy will contact you xxxxx xxx
its all same, so don´t worry,,,something will definetely come...my only concern is will it be YES or NO ? I like to ask everyone after keeping us waiting over 4 years and now 6 months after the interview can they say NO ?

well guys am also an 2001 applicant, nevertheless no interview is scheduled so far, i ordered the caips notes and it was clear, the did nothing regarding my case, wondering what are they doing!!
regarding your question, being waiting for 4 year doesnt mean in any way that you will get a positive answer!! in your case as u are waiting for 6 months, could mean that u passed the interview, and now the security check and the background check are in process. if u havent travelled alot in the past 10 years i might be easier to get the information regrading your background rather than waiting the result from many country, which could make the process longer.
hope to hear your good news

dear thinkpad,
thanks for giving me hopes,,,I am also under the same impression that they will not reject after 6 month of interview,,I have not travelled much so time will not be a problem..meanwhile it looks so long for you,,you qualify under new rules ? which office you applied ? you see any chance of waiver ?

Dear Issa and Ashish:
I hope you´ll receive the good news soon since your case is still "in process". Now I understand Ashish, that the decision made in your case was an additinal line in the details of your file and it wasn´t the final decision, which has a different indication.
Issa, London Ontarion is very small with few inhabitants( about 360.000) or something, it is realy beautiful, but it is far away from Pearson International Airport. Are you going there because your consultant is there?
waiting for your good news...

Out of curiosity, what are you people motivated by? You have waited 5 years! How long are you willing to wait? 10 years? till death does ya part? LOL. Your lives and home countries must be awful terrible places to live. I bet you might find it shocking when you finally reach Canada! I keep thinking that time for third world people is like an ocean: it extends from here to eternity, or more likely till death. Anyways, if there are Oscars for waiting to immigrate, I bet all of them will go to Asians...

Was the situation of canuck contagious "in canada"? I know Canada now for five years and I can tell you , living outsind canada, for me , is nothing but the hell ... NO to Europe and a big NO to Asia... Yesssssssss to Canada. I hope I´ll be there till the rest of my life , just beside the lake Ontario.
May I ask you now" in Canada", why do you think that Canada doesn´t deserve it.
