  Time line:
Applied : March 2004, skilled worker, buffalo
AOR: 5th April 2004
Response from Buffalo: No response so far
CAIPS: Applied fpr CAIPS 8th April 2005, No response so far.
I´ve faxed Buffalo three times between 5th April 2005- 10 May 2005. They never reply to my faxes. What should I do now? Should I contact local cic office?
I´ll really appreciate ur help.
