Admin,
How does the "Search" tab work on this site ?
For example if I search for the word "canada", how are the hits being returned ?
Only heading OR only subject OR both OR neither ?
Also, if I want to search for an exact match like "job opportunities" can I make it work somehow ?

Search function checks the title and content of all postings and then finds 10 results that are most related to the word or phrase entered.
Can´t search for exact phrase at this time, maybe will add it later.
