Subject: Spousal Sponshorship Family Class..from New Delhi
I submitted my sponsorship application on 29th March 2005 and received a letter from CIC Mississauga confirming that they have forwarded my spousal application to CHC New Delhi on 19th April 2005.
Since then the E-Client hasnt changed a bit.
Could anyone please update me regarding the current timeline (of CHC Delhi) and by when should I expect this immigration process to conclude.
Also I need to find out about options about brining her on a Visitors Visa if the sponsorship process takes 6 months.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys for your prompt reply. Makes me feel little better. They should come up with a better system for spousal visa or newly born ones. After paying so much tax dollar (over 50%) plus $1525.00 (stupid fees), it seems like we are still at the mercy of few folks who are taking care of the system. Plus I was reading thru certain posts where they have the audacity to decline a spousal visa (my goodness...).
Let me shut up here ... before I lose my mind.
Kudos to all you guys for doing such a wonderful job without getting any federal funding...

Take care,
