I´ve lived in canada since oct 2001...I´ve been married to a french-canadian for 2 years as well...We have a child who is 20 mos...now I´m not able to work or study in canada without paying hundreds of dollars and waiting such a long time...I have many office skills I have graduated.....and I cannot understand why it´s so difficult and why I´m still considered a "visitor" in canada.......I have the applications but not the extra money for these things.........is their any other way???

(in reply to: Immigration Help) Hi There! I really don´t understand what exactly you wanted to tell. Are you not a PR of Canada? If you were married to a Canadian, did he not sponsored you? Please ellaborate your question as there is nothing to pay in canada for working provided you are a PR/citizen/or having a work authorization.

Re:^ (in reply to: Immigration Help) No for permanent residency it is 550$ thats what I meant by the expensive costs and then for me to be able to work after I get my PR in 4-7mos I have to pay 450$ for my work/study app.........
