LINA you first have to get deep drunk into the immigration system to know more. Look at websites, read forums, explore trackers, and network with other canada PR hopefulls.
Any way you asked if I was drunk, I wish! But no drinks for me now, id drink my share once I land.
if your a june applicant with interview wavied, assuming all is cleared ur fees, medical, background checks ( see caips). May or june will be your PPR

Yes, Sure...it´s the best case scenario. Not everyone is lucky enough like your buddy. I wish you all best of luck...Always hope for the best but dont forget to think about the wrost...
