| Subject: PHOTO REQUIREMENTS IN CANADIAN IMMIGRATIION FORM |

Dear All,
I applied for a Canadian immigration in October 2004 (Islamabad, Pakistan) and got the file number in the same month. Recently I found that photo sticking is not allowed in the application form but unfortunately I paste them in my application (at all places where photo is required). I also submitted 8 photos of mine and all of my family members in a separate envelope with a name and date of birth on back. I can check my application status on CIC website and it is in process. Can anybody inform me that what will be the future of my application as they didn?t returned back my application and issued me file number?

Sure they can return it...they can do whatever they want to.
BUT since you have not received it back yet, do you really think they will return it? It has been in process for some time so don´t worry.

If this anyway affects your application they can simply ask you to make amendments in your application which may delay your processing by few weeks.nothong more to worry about. Afterall they have allotted you file no./ only after going through your documents. So just relax.If you are more worried you can apply for CAIPS notes.

No there is no need to apply for CAIPS notes. It will be a waste of money.
Azher, as you have got the file number there is no problem. Relax!

I did same and pasted photo all over required places... Got my receipt on time.
