Subject: mailing passport to third country |

Hi,
I am sponsoring spouse, she recieved passport request from New Delhi. But she is with me in Canada. Can I mail passport to embassy in New Delhi and ask them to mail passport back to Canada or mail passport to some address in India...?
Please advice as soon as possible,

How come you did not apply from within Canada if thats the case?.

(in reply to: mailing passport to third country) It is illegal to mail Indian passport out of a country. Someone will have to travel to India and then submit the passport to the Canadian embassy.
