| Subject: Should I make an inquiry? Please help! |

My timeline is below. But basically it?s been one year since I submitted my application. I did my medical exam in mid-February, 2005. Ottawa received my medical from the doctor on March 2, 2005. I?ve seen people with similar timeline (some even applied after I had done so) getting passport request. Should I send Buffalo a polite inquiry regarding my status or should I simply wait for another month or so? Thanks a lot!

IA: January, 2005, interview waived
Medical: February, 2005

I would suggest you to exercise patience and wait, rather than just trouble Buffalo office with too many inquiries. If it takes unusually long then you should go ahead and ask them.
