Does anyone know abt AOE
.I have an employer who is doing my arranged employment AOE , which states that upon approval PR ,I can join his firm .I believe the process is a lot faster(6-8 MTHS) than the normal skilled worker application time i.e fast track process.

hi there, would like to ask, do you kno how long the AOE takes to process in HR? i kno the LMO takes 3 weeks, but i have no idea on the AOE, can u give some help here? thx..
