I would like to know has anybody received their passports back from Buffalo sent in April for Immigration Visa stampping .

I received. It took ~ 2 weeks.

Did it take 2 weeks from the time of mailing it out to receiving it back? Also, was it via express mail/courier?

Did your e-CAS status change to Decision Made while you were expecting your passports back from CIC.
