Thank you for your reply earlier. I think you are right. But, these notes were requested in October at the time when I had recieved my medicals. I have sent all documents and I was wondering if I can request CAIPS notes a second time. Would it jeopradize my application if I ask for CAIPS twice?
Thank you once again and please people provide me feedback.

Hey troubled:

Since your first CAIPS notes was from October, thats a long time ago pal, a lot would have changed on your file since then as you sent them additional requested docs etc. It absolutely wont hurt your application if you order CAIPS again, so dont even worry about that. Also do you use an agent to represent you? let me know. I am asking you this because if you do, dont tell your agent to request CAIPS for you, one of my friend he had an interview in Detroit this month and he told his agent to order his CAIPS, and the foolish agent called the Detroit office for CAIPS since his client´s (my friend´s) interview was scheduled in Detroit. So when my friend attended the interview in Detroit, the lady officer who interiviewed him was pissed off and asked him why did you order CAIPS from us. But anyways eventually my friend got his PR (skilled category). So yea you can order CAIPS from companies online like caipsnotes.com etc which are good and they directly contact the Ottawa office where a central database of all file numbers are maintained and they are the designated people to send you out CAIPS. Not the regional offices where interviews are scheduled. Good Luck.
