I studied in Aus for a while back in 1996 ,I had bank loan which I didnt pay ,Ist that a criminal offence ,will that affect my police Clearance.
Iam on a work permit right in Canada for last 5 years ,my extension was refused and Iam going back to my home country .Can I still apply in Buffalo before I leave

You worked in Canada for 5 years and did not know you had better apply for PR? I think they need to throw ya out right away. However, your deaulting on Australian loan can not be a criminal offense. But it depends on how retarded the australians are whether it shows up on police clearance.
