Subject: "disorderly conduct"- inadmissable?
My wife has a charge of "disorderly conduct" from seven years ago. She pleaded no contest, spent no time in jail, and may have had to pay a fine.

Doest this make her "inadmissable?" I can´t tell from the Buffalo site if this is a minor or extremely minor offense.

Any thoughts or input regarding inadmissable due to criminal record?

my guess is no -- if Canada would consider this a "summary conviction" and not a crime, she should be admissible -- it takes two summary convictions to render one inadmissible.

Thanks! Is there a site that I can find to help calm her nerves to support your explanation? If not, thanks anyway!
