Subject: parents visitor visa rejected, can MP help?
My parents visitor visa got rejected, they gave the reason saying that they might not return and stay back in canada. That is definitely not the reason they are coming, eventhough i am the only son i have a widowed sister at home to whom they have to go back.

I want to reapply hence thinking about going to the MP with the problem. Will he help? Did anybody do this previously? Will lawyer be helpfull in any way?

Thanks for the replies.

Don´t think an MP will help but maybe get a lawyer....reapply and have them show proof that they will return to their country. Bank accounts, jobs, cars, homes, whatever they can show that they have ties to their home country.

Good Luck
