Subject: Common-law proof
I posted about a week ago saying that immigration wanted more proof of our common-law relationship. Anyway we have obtained more information and I would like to know if you think it will be enough so here goes.

Passport stamps that show our travels together

Letters from both our families and friends who know of our relationship.

Bank statements that show flights paid for, storage unit i paid for my fiance furniture while she was with me in Europe 2003, and various transactions in Canada
.
Itemized phone bills from Mar, apr, may, june and july 2003 showing how we would talk everyday while I was working in Germany/austria.

Loads of photos from our times in Europe and Canada since 2002, some dated

Tennancy agreement, cable bill and insurance policies but they only go back to Feb 04 and immigraton are asking for info from Nov 03 and before.

Engagement cards and ring insurance but thats only from Dec 04

A letter from us explaining out situation.

We can´t think of anything else, hope this is enough, Thanks

Around two years ago I had to demonstrated the same, in order to renew my visa.

There were about five items to show proof of, and the two ones we got were a share account bank,
and proofs of a property belong to both of us.
I´m trying to remember the others ones, but I don´t.

Good luck

What? You mean to tell me that you have to go thru this again to renew your PR Visa? I am lost. I am having a hard enough time keeping it together waiting to hear word whether I can have a life with my fiance in Canada. This is horrible.

I renewed my visitor visa, this was before we applied for Permanent Resident.

Sorry for the confusion.
