Hi,

Find the nearest Canadian Visa office from the following list

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/offices/missions.html

Then contact them;
They usually keep a list (girls who are willing to marry).
They will help you.

Provide your full detail and a picture.
Infact if you go their in person they will do you visa the same day.

Yes, the way Anonymous explained will work fine, as going to the Embassy in person will be the fastest. You simply tell them you would like to look at the "Partner Album" to find a wife that will bring you to Canada (Last time I looked at the album it had well over 6800 women willing to sponsor men and a lot of them were really good looking).

They will then issue a "Visitor Visa" so that you can travel to Canada for the arranged marriage. The problem with this visa is you only get to stay in Canada 1 month max, then you have to return to your home country while your new wife completes the proper papers.

Here is the better way(and the way I did it), Ask them to issue you a "Exemptual Landing Visa". You will have to wait about 4 weeks for them to issue this visa but it will let you stay in Canada for 2 years max. and will also allow you divorce your wife after your citizenship papers are complete.

Also when you go to the Embassy bring your passport, two passport size photos, a bank statement showing you have at least the equivalant of $1000 CDN, and if employed, a letter from your employer stating that you have quit your job(this is to prove you are serious about moving to Canada).

I hope this is what you needed, if you have more questions please feel free to ask.

Regards, Tim

Sorry, let me be more clear on the 2 years thing.

When I said 2 years max. I meant you have 2 years to complete the paperwork, but it usually only takes a few months to complete. So don´t worry, once you come to Canada on the exemptual landing visa, you will never be forced to leave Canada and you will be allowed to come and go as often as you feel.

So, I suggest you get to your nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate today and you can be in Canada in about 4 weeks.

Tim

Dear kannu

I do not approve what you are trying to do because getting married for convenience eventually you will get cought and is not proper and legal , and goes against of all the believes of the country where you want to live in, you could get more information about "How to Immigrate to Canada" at www.cic.gc.ca

You might be elegible to apply as a skill worker and if you are not elegible for it , go to the University , get a degree and re-apply.

Psdt.
What you have been reading in the first two postings is a
very poor joke and people should be more serious and responsable about what they write here , this is a forum for help and isn`t a circus.

The reason the people wrote the very good and thought out jokes about immigration is to make a point about the original post. Anyone who wants to marry for immigration should be laughed at and ridiculed.
These posts were quite good.
BUT immigration is a serious thing and should not be taken lightly.

Find out how to immigrate legally and try it.

Good luck

actually, the responses were very clever. that is what threw me! usually we just blow posters off with similar ideas.

I particulary like the first one... go to your nearest CIC office with all your ID and a picture. Perfect.

Thanks Sharon. I was just being creative...

I mean these are the kind of dude(s) who make life difficult for the genuine applicants.

Sounds like that this dude is an Indian by origin - it also dude like him who give a whole country a bad name. No wonder immigrants are stereotyped in US / Canada. We have to carry the burden of losers like him.

I am not good at placing names with countries, but you are right... any time someone tries to cheat the system it hurts everyone.

Thanks everyone,

I´m glad most of you enjoyed my input to the joke.

It took a few minutes to think of, but I thought the "Exemptual Landing Visa" was a nice touch.

The whole point for those who don´t get it, is that we basiclly told the guy to go to the Embassy to be caught before he ties the system up any further.

Thanks,
Tim
