Can anyone apply for their CAIPS notes? For example, for spousal sponsorships still in process?
I?ve read in several sites that is highly recommended to order their CAIPS notes if they are up for an interview, but what if we are still waiting for confirmation from the CHC abroad?
I guess what I´m really asking is: should I bother even though we are just waiting for a confirmation?

Could you be more specific? What conformation are you waiting for?
But anyway of course you can apply for CAIPS. That costs about 30US$ if you are outside of Canada and you have to wait for about a month...

How to apply to get caips note (in reply to: CAIPS notes)
My file has completed almost 3 years. My friends said I can
apply to Get Caips notes through Canadian Citizen authorizing them to pay fees and by submitting the form. May I know if there is anybody who has applied this way ? My waiting period is yet not completed. If anybody knows, please reply.
