The system works and not biased to any one geographic area.
Just that more people qualify from Asia does not mean it is biased. Canada needs professional and skilled workers (Asia has been able to provide more of these applicants). Why do you say that is bad?
OK on the other hand if Canada were to accept by numbers then what will happen; you will have people who are not qualified entering the country. Who is going to pay for their living and training?
So the system only favors the "skilled" and not geographic region. CIC does not say that if you are from one area you cannot apply.
Also look at the time-lines. Most countries in Asia have longer waiting than Europe, USA, Latin America and Africa. Qualified applicants from Africa and other region should take advantage of shorter wait time than Asia.

There is nothing bad that a lot of people qualify from asia (by the way it?s just a distribution function nothing more ). I just hate when some anonymous ass*** telling me that ?we are the smartest and the rest of you ? you know what?. Hitler thought the same way and we know how he ended up.

Asia and India has the highest population growth while Europe has negative population growth. Europeans are dying out and there´s no one left to move. If immigration is allowed with proportion to population distributions, even more Asians/Indian will be able to move to Canada. This means for every European who gets PR 20 Asians and 20 Indians should be given PR... for example. So there´s no point being jealous of the Asians and the Indians. Just let them live their lifes.
