For independent immigration timelines, does nationality matter?
According to buffalo checker, most of the Indians or some chinese got their IA so fast. And others (include me)are still waiting. We almost sent our applications at the same timelines. How come it´s so different? Is there one queue for each nationality? What make them delay so much?

Hi Anonymous,
I am in the same boat as you are. I applied in Dec 2004, processing started since Jan 31,2004 , recieved AOR in Feb2004 2nd week and I checked online yesterday at e-cas and it says "Decision Made". Don´t know what that means. Lets hope its music to my ears.

U meant u sent the applicaiton the end of 2003 right?
It´s such a long wait.
My applicaiton started processing on Mar 2004.
I haven´t heard anything yet.
I hope I am just after u a few days.
Checking my e-client status every single day is becoming a frustrating job for me.
I hope i can see "decision made" in not far future...

Did you receive your AOR? I am sure you will hear something soon. Keep your fingers crossed and believe me, I hate checking the E-CAS Site.

Hi Anonymous,
Yes, I sent it in 2003 end. It was filed in 2004 by my consultants. I even did the IELTS exam in May 2004 just in case the ask for proof of english language even though I have been in the US for the past 7 years working.

I am crossing my fingers.
I sent my application in Jan 2004, got AOR in Mar 2004.
After that NOTHING..
