Hi,
I know this is a stupid question but what is the difference between IA and decision made? I checked online with e-cas and it shows as decision made? Please elaborate anyone...

IA is Initial Assesment. This is when they make sure your files are complete and initiate a medical request or interview request and background checks and assign points.
Decision Made usually occurs after IA and that´s the final step. You should expect the Passport request after this.
