Subject: Error filling the Application
  Dear Friends,
I have applied to CIC London, on Nov. 2004, Just today while I was browing my computer. I disscovered that I did a minor mistake when I filled my Wife Additional Family Information Form.

In the last section of the form where you have to mention your brothers and sisters names, I forgot to fill in the relation fields in front of each name.

I just mentioned the names without the relation if it is a brother or sister.

What should I do now? Should I fill the form again and send it to CIC office or just ignore it..?

Any help would be appreciated..
Thanks

Well looks like you applied as you mentioned in Nov, 2004. So its been a while..so if you havent heard from CIC or if they havent returned your application packet saying you´ve left those relationship fields blank, then my friend I guess you dont have to worry. You will get you AOR soon. But on the other hand, if I were you, I would print another form and fill it all out correctly and send in with a brief letter from you explaining what you left in the first form. Since you have no AOR, you dont have a file# to reference your application, best bet is to either wait until you get a file number or AOR and then send this form again referencing your file# or send it now by giving out your full name, DOB, etc. Hope this helps..

I also noticed an error in my application, as I had a AOR I sent a corrected form with a covering letter. I guess you should also do that.

Well ,I make the same mistake but I realized about it after I got my IA.

Checking the whole package of my application , I found that you have to write down the name of her sisters and brothers twice.
It has to be written in her Permanent residence as well as in the additional family information.

As I said , I found the little mistake after awhile in just one application and I figure that if CIC sees the mistake in the second application they will ask for it or give it back to me for resubmission , which they didn`t.

Don`t worry about it , send a cover letter saying about the little mistake and also send the application corrected.
