Updation of E-client Status (in reply to: E-client status)
After what I have made up after reading all reference materials of Canada, it seems that the E-client status is updated every week. This is just an assumption and I am not very sure of it.

I doubt, if it was updated on a Wednesday. But if it was, then definitely it is a good news for all e-client checkholics.

I checked every day and and there was nothing there on Tuesday and on Wednesday after work, there it was......

It is really poor the updates at e-cas , my wife has a friend how works in the Parlament (i.e in Canada) and she checked the status of my application for me and she wrote me back saying that CIC is waiting for my background check and my medicals are ok and I already paid all the fees required.
Believe it or not , the only thing that it says in my e-cas is "We started processing your application on Feb 5".
It is a slow tool to see the status of you application.

Would you mind telling your country of origin? I am also in similar situation. I did my medicals in September but my security checks are not yet completed. I am from India.
