I recieved a letter from the case processing centre informing me that i need to submit more information on the subject of PROOF OF COMMON LAW RELATIONSHIP.
With my original application I supplied a declaration of common-law relationship aswell as one letter of statutory declaration of a friend with knowledge of the relationship. I also sent photos of us together in Austria and the UK as we don´t have much in the way of documents with both our names on.
We are both a little worried now as to what to do next. We are going to get more letters from people who know of our relationship which has been two and a half years and i´m going to send passport stamps that show we travelled together but i´m not sure if this will be enough. We have cable bills and a tenancy agreement but they only go back to March 2004 and immigrations wants proof from November 2003 so we don´t know if this will help. We also have dated photo´s and engagement cards that proof our relationship in true.
Any help on this would be much appreciated

(in reply to: Please Help) we used a stat dec, bank accounts, previous visas (that were linked) and rental agreements for ours. letters from family might work too. Tax records from the same address maybe?
