| Subject: Confirmation on Detroit visa list |

Is the list for the visa ready for "issuance" only for Detroit consulate or is the comprehensive list for all visa´s for the US?
As far as I know Detroit does not issue immigrant visas so I´m guessing it is a comprehensive list.
If anyone sees his/her file number and "HAS NOT" applied at Detroit please confirm.

Detroit does issue immigrant visas. Why would you think otherwise? Detroit does not initiate the processing of PR applicatins, but it is one of the consulate that does interview candidates if required.
After successful interview it then issues immigrant visas. As far as I know only detroit publishes such list of candidates for interview, visa issuance etc. so if your file is not in Detroit you´re out of luck.
