| Subject: FBI fingerprinting |

Guys,I applied for FBI clearence 7 weeks ago.Like many of you suggested on this forum,I called them and requested to make the process faster.All they say is it does not show on their system and it´s in the initial mail screening.Has this happened to anyone?How long has it taken for people who applied around feb14th 2005?pls.help..

I got exactly the same answer as yours when I called them last week. I sent my fingerprint card to them on Feb 19 ´05.
I will try to call again this week. My deadline to submit to CIC is end of April (getting close now....).

Hi Newuser,
I´m the same anonymous guy as above. I just called FBI today. They got my name on their computer. They told me to wait for 3 more weeks from now before I receive it.
