I have applied for Immigration to Canada from India. Myself, my wife and my daughter have appeared for medicals. My wife´s medical is delayed as she requires some medical treatment ( maybe for 6-9 months) before she is fit for immigration whereas Myself and my daughter have cleared the medical. Now I want that I may be allowed immigration while my wife stays in India before she clears her medical.
Should I contact the embassy people or there is any rule giving me the right to immigrate.

Unfortunately, the file will move as a family only.
You will have to wait till your wife is fit for medicals.
By the way, make sure you inform CIC of the delay in medicals for your wife else they will send a letter saying your medicals are missing and may close file.
