Subject: do they ask tax statements whenever they approve

hello!!!thanks for providing this service.
my question is that :i sponser my parents in july 2003.do i need to maintain that income every year.up to now is ok but i think in 2004 tax year it gona be less like $10,000.00 approximately.are they asking for tax statements whenever they send you approval.can i take a chance to not maintain this income for 2004.thanks alot!!sat sheri akal.
