Subject: About education loans, settlement funds et al.
  I have just filed my skilled worker immig for Canada in Feb 2005. However, I am now planning to do MBA from India for 2 yrs. For this I do not want to utilize the funds that I have shown for Canadian immig. I am planning to take a loan from India and repay the same in installments once i comp;ete my MBA and start working in India. Now my question is: When CIC opens my file (excpected time is abt 33 months) , they will ask me to submit the proof of settlment funds again, right? In that scenario, will the pending education loan repayment be held against me?? Or can I explain to CIC that i will repay the educ loan from the money that I wud be earning at that time. And that I have set aside the settlement funds separately for the Canadian immig.?

Any inputs on this will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
