| Subject: Still Awaiting An ARC Reply From Trinidad 2yrs Now |

We are married now since the filing of the ARC for my husband in March 2018. It has been 2 years that we are waiting for a reply to his ARC from Trinidad. 1) How long does it take? 2) Should we proceed with the filing of our Sponsorship Application in the meantime. We have been married just over a year now and he isn´t even allowed to visit me in Canada until the ARC is approved; 3) The error that put the restriction on him was an error of Border Services several years ago. Is there an appeal process he can do to have this corrected? It was their own error and nothing of his own fault. Thank you so much for your help. Bless you.
