Hi we have been dismissed from the federal court for spousal sponsorship, My guesting is are be able to re apply again. Do you think we will be denied again for the same reason (marriage is not genuine).but if we have a new evidence ie. He meet my families and we been married for 5 years.My husband is living outside canada. Please tell what to do this time.
