I am a software developer from USA. I got a job offer from a company in Vancouver and I would like to move to Canada. What are the steps to get my Canadian work permit? If I get my work permit, what are the conditions for getting a Canadian permanent residence? I have a wife and 2 kids. How can I bring them with me to Canada?

Qualification _ Diploma Electrical Engineer
Experience- 15 yr. in Thermal Power Plant & Transmission & Distrubution as an operator and electrician.
Age - 39
Extra Qualification - Energy Auditor certificate got by BEE.
