Subject: Married Canadian in 1983, deported in 2010 help!!
My husband & I had 3 Canadian kids, I was given landed immigrant status. I thought I was good for life! My husband & I seperated in 1989. Any way in 2010 I was arrested in my apartment & deported. My oldest daughter passed away suddenly in 2013, when I arrived at the border crossing I was refused entry, even after I explained my daughter was gone. The border guard went to high school w\ my husband. They never liked each other. So my question is can I ever go home again, I haven´t seen my two kids in over 5 yrs. I have never even seen 5 of my 6 grandkids. And my common law husband, well who knows! One day its the same old, & the next I´m walking down the highway in my pajamas.I honestly did not know I needed to apply for citizenship, or I would have. I want to go home, I love Canada, and miss my life, husband, children & what I should have with my grandkids. There are three little boys that lost there Mother, how could anyone justify denying them the Love of a Grandma!! Please help me.I need to go home

something is very wrong with your story.

why were you arrested and deported?

have you maintained you required residency between 1989 and 2010?

You were refused by a CBSA Officer "Border Guard" that did not explain your options?

Strange.

Why were you ordered removed?
