hi,I´m a permanent resident here in Canada.My question is ,Is there a faster way to bring my daughter here, other than sponsorship?Like some kind of Visa that can be applied from Canadian embassy in the Philippines.Thanks in advance!

You can apply for any Visa you wish,but that does not mean it will be granted. I suggest try a CVV if the child is under 19 after applying for PR status.
Was you child excluded due to Regulation 117 (9) (d)?
