hi, i have sponsor my wife 2 years ego she is here in canada but she have not yet recieve an anwer from inmigration i call and they tell me all i can do is wait is there eny place i can call to get more info she have done everything medical ,criminal record etc she have medical card and social number also work permit,thans for eny help

I doubt you are fluent in French DocD.
In-Land Immigration Offices have been switching their computer systems to match that of foreign Visa post systems so they are all on the same page.
Moving all that data from one to the so called new and improved system takes time and you are caught in its grasp.
