Subject: CONFUSED? NEED HELP ROY, SHARON, DOCD,
  hello

Today MY status changed ...i did interview last year in the airport rd office and given approval for first stage approval...

today i saw change in my status from in process to ´DECISION MADE´

In canada immigration web site :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 5, 2006.

2. We started processing your application on July 19, 2006.

3. We transferred your application to the Niagara Falls SIR Operations office on August 15, 2006. The Niagara Falls SIR Operations office may contact you.

4. We transferred your application to the Niagara Falls SIR Operations office on March 22, 2012. The Niagara Falls SIR Operations office may contact you.

5. A decision has been made and you will be contacted.

6. A decision was made on June 13, 2013 on your application. You should receive a decision shortly. Note that decisions are either delivered by mail or in person. Also note that the CIC Call Centre is not authorized to provide information related to the outcome of your application.

7. medical results have been received.

Now my question about number 6 " You should receive a decision shortly. Note that decisions are either delivered by mail or in person"

IS THIS MEAN THAT I WILL GET THE ´PR´ DELIVERED IN MAIL OR IN PERSON?

please help.

Thankz

Do not be despair. It;s just a way of telling you that your case file has been finalized. They´ll send you a letter; requesting you to come in to your local office for interview. The interview with the landing officer normally take 5 to 10 minutes. So get your self ready. I just had mine in my local office.

@ Joe

When one posts a question about a particular application it is best to tell which application was submitted.

Now you were called to the Removals unit at 6900 Airport Rd. and given stage one approval for basically an H&C or Inland Spousal application I assume.

I would worry if I was you.

Your e-cas should of said a decision was made when or before you were informed at the removals unit on airport rd.

Why would it say medical results received after decision made. If your application was an In-Land Spousal and you never got a passport the decision made would be a refusal.

One can´t clearly state one way or another - you will have to wait two weeks until you get a letter or pay a Counsel who has the ability to find out in advance.

This H&C Family got a letter stating a decision has been made and from the Video you can see that I knew in advance of the family going inside that it was a positive H&C.

If it is negative do not say "I can´t go home, they will kill me" because the handcuffs will be on you so fast you won´t have time to blink.

Wishing you a positive result.

No, it means that you will be notified about the decision by mail or person.

H&C Application (in reply to: CONFUSED? NEED HELP ROY, SHARON, DOCD,)
I checked the status of my application and it shows this:
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I have not had medica, and they received the application on April 2/2015

on the application I also talked about my common-law situation.
