Dear sir/madam
I have a cousin here he is 19 years old,who just obtain his student permit recently and joining his course on this coming October. And currently upgrading his English language for past 5 months. He seek my help yesterday that his uncle that who he is guardian now is giving him some torture and bring him to work illegally and use him for his part time cleaning job.. To be frank he said his uncle is a gay where he force him to do some nasty things. I feel so bad for this boy. But his uncle threaten him that if he go out and stay on his own he will call the immigration and cancel the student permit. It´s seems he is the one who brought him from back home and provide his name as guardian but the boy is 19 years old he is not minor. Is this boy uncle have rights to cancel his study permit? Can I be his guardian if the boy parents provide a letter on my name? In which way I can help him?? Please give some suggestion he is really in a bad situation. Please. Thanks in advance.

Silly question no one can cancel a temporary permit except CIC or CBSA.
16 year old lives with his parents and Father claims he will cancel the kids drivers license. Same scenario
