Subject: In land spousal sponsorship
Hi. I am about to do a spousal sponsorship in land and have some questions in doing it.Ive been living here in Canada for almost 3 yrs now I became PR last July 2013 tru PNP program. At first I wasnt planning to stay here because I have a bf in the philippines for 4yrs that time. After being in a long distance relationship for a year, last 2012 my bf followed me here inn Canada and was granted a work permit. Last 2013 he moved here in Alberta where I live. He came from Quebec which was where his first employer is. Luckily I found a job here in Alberta for him with an open LMO. Weved been living together sinced he moved here in Alberta. And last Dec 2013 we got married here in Alberta. We have documents and pictures and all of it way back 2009 when we are still bf-gf. And we have joint bank accounts now and phone bills. This June2014 his current work permit will expire a month before we submit the application package. my question is will it be a question to the immigration officer if this is the case? We have just gathered all the documents now that is why it is just now we are submitting the application. Thank you so much for your help.

Timing is always an issue.

The key factor is do you really have quality evidence.

We just helped a couple with an age difference of 16 years and the applicant was in Cuba. The sponsor was very nervous because she really wanted her man present. Certain things they thought were valid evidence, we never included.

Winning a Spousal Sponsorship application from Cuba is no easy task.

If he is worth it pay for some quality advice.
