| Subject: work permit for caregiver |

Hi,
I arrived in Canada Dec 3th 2013 as a visitor. Don´t need tourist visa ( Croatian citizen, EU union). I would like to work as live in caregiver and start process with LMO and work permit. Since I am here 5 months as a visitor (and can stay 6 months as a visitor), should I leave Canada while my work permit is in process,or can wait here?

You can apply for visitor visa extension and stay for another 6 months - it may be more economical. You can do this by yourself. Create an account with CRA and apply.
