My fiance is Canadian, we were going to apply for a K1 visa but the last time he tried to come here he was denied at the border. Not for anything bad, the agent thought he was trying to immigrate here without the proper documents. So my question is this. We were planning on marrying here in the US, but I guess now I have to go to Canada to get married. I was wondering if He could fly to Las Vegas for a wedding or does it have to be in Canada? Once I petition to bring my then husband here will he be able to work here once PR status is granted?
