Hi everyone...can anyone help me pls how to make declaration statutory common-law union if you are outside canada?coz we are not living together now my common law partner is working in canada as tfw.so thats why we can´t signed the oath personally.and it said that you must convinced the officer that your commmon law is bonafide.so what should i do anyone help me pls...thanks...

I would strongly suggest you consult with an immigratino lawyer as this is a bit complicated issue.
