Hello I am in a very difficult situation.
I got married to a canadian in 2009 when i got here (i was pregnant of his child) and everybody told me to marry him soon because that way he could sponsor me fast. we married in 2009 (oct)I came here in may 2009
he hasnt sponsor me because he hasnt paid his taxes since 2008 and the person we talked said it wasnt a good idea to start the process because we would get refused because of the tax matter. any ways i have been here for almost 5 years without starting any process, we have 2 daughters together, and no papers...
we are now separated as this matter brought a lot of arguments and discussions to our marital life. and i really want to stay fo my daughters future.
i got denied my extension on aug 22 2013 in which i applied for a restoration of status.
I received my restoration of status and have until march 31 to leave.
I am planing on apply for an extension so i can stay.
I know for a fact My still husband wont let me take the kids with me to mexico and i dont really want to leave without them, but i cant do anything here
i cant work, go to school or anything.
No money, nothing :(
Could someone please tell me what to do? if theres any way i could apply to stay??

You can try applying for permanent residency through the humanitarian and compassionate program:

An H&C application in, will prevent her removal from Canada.
You should´ve done it way back then, why until now?
